Your draft
The project form keeps a temporary draft in your device’s browser tab session. A browser may restore it when restoring a session. Clear the site’s browser data to remove it. The form does not automatically send this draft to a Palette server.
When you choose to send
The WhatsApp button opens a message containing your brief in WhatsApp; the email button opens it in your mail app. You review and confirm sending yourself. The communication provider processes the message under its own policy. Alternatively, save the brief as a file on your device.
Necessary information
Share only project information you wish to discuss. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information. For questions about a message you sent, or to request correction or deletion, contact the email below.
Tracking and updates
This version includes no analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Before adding data-collecting tools or forms, the policy must be updated to explain processing purposes, retention periods and recipients.
Website administration
The content dashboard is reserved for the Palette team and uses an authorized account once connected. The sign-in provider may use session data to verify administrator access. Visitors do not need an account to browse the website.
