Name the situation you help with
Broad claims need a concrete explanation. Describe when a client would come to you and the decision or task you help them handle. Clarify scope and what needs a separate agreement.
Make the method visible
Team photographs help, but steps and sample outputs explain the service itself. Use a short process or an authorized anonymized example. Explain client inputs and deliverables, distinguishing illustrations from actual project work.
Example: consulting
Present a discovery conversation, a defined analysis and recommendations for discussion instead of a sweeping transformation promise. If implementation is separate, say so on the detail page. Precision helps clients understand what they are commissioning.
Use defensible evidence
Describe real team experience and a case explaining the question, approach and output. Do not invent improvement percentages. Ask about goals and context first, leaving sensitive material for an appropriate later conversation.
