Distinguish room categories
State actual bed arrangements, verified size, outlook and facilities. Match each image to its room category instead of using the property’s best image everywhere. Consistent comparison fields help guests choose.
Photograph a journey
Include arrival, reception, rooms and shared spaces so guests can understand the visit as a sequence. Explain access, reception hours and services requiring advance booking. Beautiful copy should not obscure practical distances or arrangements.
Example: a late arrival
The guest needs to know whether check-in is possible, whom to contact and which services remain available. A short explanation is more helpful than another pool photograph. Confirm arrangements with operations before promising round-the-clock service.
Keep conditions close
Explain what the price includes and provide access to change and cancellation terms before confirmation. Update images when facilities change. Use post-visit questions to identify details that were unclear before arrival.
