Start with someone new
Explain program format, level and how staff help newcomers understand it, without individual exercise prescriptions or body-result promises. Make schedules, session duration and first-visit requirements easy to find.
Show everyday experience
Use approved images of reception, training spaces, equipment and actual activities. Practical views may explain more than highly staged performance shots. Respect members’ privacy and avoid implying participation in content is expected.
Example: a first class
Explain booking, arrival time, what to bring and who welcomes the visitor. State whether an introductory session is paid and its conditions. Avoid countdowns unrelated to genuine deadlines.
Make membership understandable
Describe inclusions, schedules, restrictions and where to read pause or renewal terms. Reception questions can reveal mismatched expectations. Content should prepare people for an experience the club actually provides.
