Start with a task
Explain whether the service helps with spending visibility, payments or account management before introducing terminology. Separate what it does from eligibility conditions. A claim of simplicity should not hide steps or charges.
Place conditions beside benefits
Give approved fees, conditions and limits a clear place with access to full details. Specialists should review every figure, example and claim. Designers should not invent calculations or promise returns or guaranteed acceptance.
Example: a spending tool
Use clearly marked demonstration data to show one task, such as selecting a period or categorizing a transaction. Explain what the user sees and does. Avoid real customer data and make clear when a demonstration does not execute a transaction.
Test understanding
Ask a reader to explain the service and its main conditions in their own words. Reorganize if they remember only the slogan. Keep an internal review date and an owner for updates. This is communication guidance, not advice on selecting a financial product.
