Write what a photo cannot explain
State materials, dimensions and package contents close to the price, with understandable option names. Supplier copy may not answer your customers’ questions. Use support enquiries and return reasons to identify missing details.
Give each image a purpose
Show the whole product, its scale in a familiar setting, then details and accessories. Match images to the selected color and allow useful zoom. Compress files without losing essential texture or detail.
Example: an everyday bag
Provide dimensions, materials, pockets, fastening and tested device fit instead of vague quality claims. Show the interior. Do not describe water resistance unless it has been established. Specific details give customers something they can evaluate.
Test after selection
Make availability, delivery costs or their calculation, and return information easy to find. Try unavailable sizes and returning to the basket on a phone. Questions before purchase and returns afterward both reveal expectation gaps.
