Explain the offer early
An opening scene attracts attention, but the headline and description must explain your work. Show the beginning to someone unfamiliar with the company: do they understand the service, audience and next step? If it takes a long explanation, the content needs more clarity.
Treat the homepage as a gateway
Introduce the story, services and work, then give each area room on its own page. Carefully chosen images encourage exploration, while clear headings help people find what matters. Good editing preserves meaning and removes repetition.
Design for touch as well as hover
Information revealed on hover must also be available on phones and through a keyboard. Allow comfortable touch targets, readable text and clear links. Review images and copy together on a small screen instead of simply shrinking the desktop composition.
Make the conversation easy
Choose a contact method that fits your audience and state your hours and essential details. Avoid asking people to repeat information. A short form or direct conversation should complete the journey, with a clear explanation of what happens when they submit.
